Let's face it. Pretty much everyone loves pizza. With my layered version baked in a Bundt pan, you can customize it just the way you want and it will look and taste amazing every time. Go with an all-vegetable version. Maybe a meat-lovers or a creamy garlic chicken made with a fettuccine sauce instead of a pasta sauce. Yum! It's up to you, which is why I left some of the measurements out of this recipe. It's basically just layering your favorite topping ingredients and then repeating with a second layer on top of that. SO simple, and SSSOOO good!

Pizza Pull-Apart
Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust (13.8oz)
1 lb. mild bulk Italian sausage
Pepperoni
Red bell pepper slices
Black olives, sliced
(Your preferred vegetable assortment)
24 oz. can pasta sauce
1 6 oz. pkg. Italian grated cheese blend
1 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Olive oil

Method
Preheat oven to 375⁰F.
Crumble sausage into large skillet on stovetop over medium heat. Cook and stir until browned. Transfer to plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Spray inside of Bundt pan with cooking spray.
Start by layering ingredients in bottom of pan beginning with vegetables. Arrange HALF of olives, bell pepper slices (use any combination of vegetables you prefer: mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc.).
Sprinkle HALF of the cooked sausage over top of vegetables.
Arrange HALF of the pepperoni slices over sausage.
Sprinkle HALF of cheese mixture over pepperoni.
Pour HALF of the pasta sauce over cheese.

Open tube of pizza crust. Slice down the middle lengthwise, then slice into strips the opposite direction. Begin adding HALF of dough strips over the sauce from the center out (towards edge of pan creating a pinwheel design).
Repeat process: layer of vegetables, followed by remaining sausage and pepperoni, remaining cheese and remaining sauce. Do the same with remaining dough strips creating pinwheel design.
Brush top of dough with a little olive oil.
Place in preheated oven and bake at 375⁰F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Let rest 10 minutes. Carefully invert onto oven-safe pan. Place under the broiler 3 to 5 minutes to slightly brown the top. Remove from oven and let rest a few minutes before serving.
